Cox & Kings HQ May Move To Mumbai

UK-based travel company, Cox & Kings (C&K), may shift its headquarters from London to Mumbai. C&K chairman - Anthony B M Good, who is also chairman of C&K India, said the shift will occur only after the global restructuring of the group and the IPO of its domestic subsidiary, C&K India. According to plans, C&K India will buy out the shareholding of its parent company, its subsidiaries in Japan, US, Italy, Turkey and Australia. The reason behind this is the growing revenue from India - it reached Rs 600 crore last year, about 50 per cent of the total revenues of the group.
