MoCA Targets Increase Of 13,000 In Seat Capacity
In a move to make up for the short-fall in air capacity due to the 9/11 mishap, the ministry of civil aviation (MoCA) is in talks with various new airlines to commence operations in India, while targeting an increase of 13,000 in seat capacity.
